It's called Tombow Mono Multi (permanent). Use the pen tip applicator (not the wide part). You only need a little tiny dot on each corner (and then rub it around with the applicator tip). You have to work a little fast, because it dries quickly and will turn temporary if completely dry. Once you stick whatever you're working with down, it's stuck and is never going to come apart. There is a cheaper formula ($1 less) that Tombow makes that is just permanent (clear bottle with blue top). The formula is a little runnier and doesn't dry as quickly as this multi one. What a fun gift idea and my friend loved both the tag and socks. Isn't gift giving just so much fun when it is homemade and personal?!?
