Here's another quick measures card ... I love to dress up stickers with layers when I need a quick creation.

This was a fun challenge-- I usually do similar quick measures as was already mentioned-- designer paper, simple layout, etc...
One thing that I like to also do to add a pop of color is red tape down a strip/strips of ribbon (not tied in bows or knots-- just flat, accenting a line or edge). It adds extra texture and a special touch.

Here's my example:

Thanks, Sharon!!!

Here's my Holiday Quick Measures creation. I am apparently too tired to read the instructions correctly, so I incorporated Sharon's quick measures rather than my own ... I may try another later in the week.

I just learned more about.......myself! I discoverd what I reach for 1st for a quick card. My designer papers, then punches, then embellishments and finally a sentiment. Very little stamping involved. Thanks again Sharon for a fun and quick challenge. Enjoy, Nancy

Great challenge Sharon! The thing I do to make quick cards is to case a card I have already done. That way I know the layout, approximate sizes of paper panels, brad and ribbon placement, etc. So, I chose an image, then look at my gallery for a card with a similiar shaped image and go from there. For my cards today, I used lots of RAK'd stuff! Gotta love my SCS friends! And, Sharon, your card is adorable! Love that DP. So fun and light!

Your card is beautiful. Thanks for another great challenge. My card was quick to make, after I finally decided on the DP I wanted to use. Here is my card. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/724726?limit=last1
