I just made my 6th batch of fudge and will make my 6th batch of Norwegian Krumkakes tomorrow. Still have Nowegian Holiday to bake tomorrow or monday. Love baking and sharing this time of year. Have to share our newest and favorite fudge recipe. Easy Fudge 2 cups Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup Nestle's milk chocolate chips 1, 14oz can Sweetened condensed milk Melt and stir together over med. heat. Do not boil Add 1 tsp vanilla. Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts Pour into foil lined sq. pan. Cover and refrigerate until set up. Peel off foil and cut. Delicious and satiny smooth.....and EASY! Enjoy, Nancy mmmm, yummy!!!!
