Stamp Simply #150 – A Color Challenge
A Color Challenge – As I say time and time again, color is my personal favorite for a challenge! This week’s colors are Green and Yellow, with either White OR Ivory as your neutral, and adding a little Black to make it POP is always a favorite of mine! I think we’ll see some striking creations with this color combo. Here’s an inspiration photo to help get those colorful and creative juices flowing:
Anyone is welcome and invited to play! SCS Keyword is ssnotime150 for those who upload at SCS. There is no time limit. You can play this challenge anytime at all. The point is to keep it simple, quick and have fun!!!

And today I have a very quick and easy card to show you:
I loved the soft warm glow of the yellow in the inspiration photo, so I used a paper with a similar feel — it is kind of an ivoryish-yellow. All items used are from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store:
My apologies for this awful photo. My regular photo set-up is put away.
Stamps: Wordsworth – Everyday Greetings and Women’s Collection
Paper: Kaiser – Devonshire Collection (GREAT fall colors) 6×6 pad
Ink: VersaFine Onyx Black
Ribbon: My NEW upscale grosgrain — it’s 1″ Grosgrain with Satin Edging
Dies: Spellbinders Labels Four
Embellishments: Kaiser Rhinestone

That’s it for today — to say this has been a busy week would be an understatement. I am hosting a Stamp Simply Ribbon Store open house here tomorrow and then tomorrow evening and Saturday I’ll be at a local stamping event, so there’s been lots to prepare for — thus my lack of posts here this week — hope to get back to normal next week — and I’ll share some photos of the weekend once it’s over, too! Thanks so much for stopping in — hope you all have a wonderful weekend ahead!
