Last week I was one day late, this week 2 days late — oh NO!!!!  Trying hard to get back on track here!  Today I made 2 clean and simple Christmas cards from the same pad, but totally different cards.  I also photographed them first with no bows for those who prefer them that way, and I must say I DO like them with no bows.  But of course, I had to add some bows, so I did!  And for good measure, I made a gift tag with scraps.  Take a look:

These are the cards before I added the bows, and some may prefer to send Christmas cards without bows.  I like them this way!

Paper for all projects on this post:  Just Believe by Kaisercraft

Cardstock used is SU Very Vanilla

Here are the cards after I added the bows.

Ribbon:  Seam Binding in Seafoam and Tropic Wine

Both sheets from the Just Believe pad used on this card have foil accents – so pretty!

The snowflakes were cut from one of the sheets with Spellbinders Hexagon Dies.

I used my Silver Zig Painty Pen to edge the strip and hexagons.

The pretty sentiment is one of many included in JustRite’s Large Fancy Holiday Sentiments.

It is stamped with VersaFine Onyx Black Ink.

Also used are Kaisercraft Lippy Red Rhinestones and 3D Foam Squares.

The stamp used here is NEW in the store – a Penny Black wood mount stamp called Filigree Tree.

I love using the Penny Black Wood Mounts for Christmas creations.  All in stock can be seen here.

Again, same paper pad, same silver pen, same rhinestones as linked above.

I stamped the tree with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Barn Door.

The bow was made on the Original Bow Easy.

This tag was made out of scraps left in the pad from a card I made previously.  I just adhered the pieces to cardstock, cut the angled top by using the diagonal lines on my cutting mat, added a punch out from the Just Believe pad, some ribbon, and done!  It is about 2.5 x nearly 5″ high.

This is the Just Believe pad I used today.
