Or I could have titled this post Cardmaking 101:  some cardstock + 1 gorgeous sticker + 1 piece ribbon = CARD!

All joking aside, that is EXACTLY what I used to make todays cards.  Take a look:

These cards were made using K & Company Grand Adhesions Stickers and Seam Binding — just what is included in all the Mini Kits shown below.  However, this exact set of stickers is not available – it was an opened pack that I was using.  But these cards are just to give you an idea of HOW to use the stickers as the focal point, so these same type of cards can be done with any of the sticker packs included.

As a shop owner it would be wonderful if every item in every coordinated collection sold out at the same time — well, that doesn’t happen.  The paper usually sells out first and I’m left with odds and ends of embellishments.  In going through my supply of such products by K & Company, I instantly saw some gorgeous CAS cards using their beautiful, multi-layered Grand Adhesions stickers and some beautiful color coordinated seam binding.  With that in mind, I put together these Stamp Simply Mini Kits that sell for only $5.00, which is a savings of 21% over full price.

Here are all the cards shown individually with some product info:

This card is a standard 4.25 x 5.5″.

The cardstock on all cards is SU Very Vanilla.  This one also uses SU Almost Amethyst.

I used my Rectangle Nesties to mat the sticker and loosely knotted my Seam Binding (Blue Iris).

This card is smaller at 4.25″ square and I used my Square Nesties.

The colored cardstock is SU Almost Amethyst and Certainly Celery.

The bow (Seam Binding in Moss) was made with the Original Bow Easy.

This card is a standard 4.25 x 5.5″ and I used some Long Rectangle Nesties.

This Seam Binding (Blue Iris) is wrapped around the card front and the bow is hand tied.

All cards use 3D Foam Squares for elevation.

This card is also a standard 4.25 x 5.5″ and it has NO ribbon — just a stacking of matted layers.

And I think this one IS my very favorite!!!  Go figure — LOL!!!

This kit includes the gorgeous, sparkly chipboard frames rather than stickers.  The larger frames will look GREAT on your scrapbook pages or altered projects.  I have used them before on journal covers.  The smaller frames work well on cards, too!
