Valentine Treats by Barb Schram
Barb has created such darling heart treats for Valentine’s Day — ADORABLE! These are sure to be a party pleaser no matter what your age! I also have a Valentine to share today, but let’s take a look at Barb’s Valentine Treats first:
Aren’t these just the SWEETEST!
You can find the full post with more instruction on Barb’s Blog.
Barb used:
My Mind’s Eye Lucky in Love 6×6 paper pad
JustRite Hugs and Kisses clear stamp set
Spellbinders Classic Heart Dies
Versfine Ink – Smokey Gray
May Arts Valentine Ribbon – 3/8″ Sheer Hearts – Pink and Red
ZIG Painty Pen Chisel Tip Marker – White
Clear Envelopes/Card Sleeves (great for your home-made school Valentines, too!)
All iems available at The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store, as linked.

I made a Valentine to share today, too, using many of the same supplies that Barb used. I used the same stamp set and the same heart die set. Take a look:
An easy creation!
The cardstock used is SU Blush Blossom.
The designer paper is Ruby by My Mind’s Eye (pad shown on yesterday’s post).
There is Washi Tape to match this pad, though I didn’t use it today.
Stamp: Hugs and Kisses, a clear stamp set by JustRite
Spellbinders Dies: Classic Hearts (available in straight edge as used and in scallop edge)
Hearts popped up with Thermoweb 3D Foam Squares
May Arts Ribbon: 5/8″ Sheer Box Pleats (Red), 1/8″ Velvet (Red)
Flowers: Prima Miss Godiva (Blush)
Scor Tape in 1/4″ was used to secure the Box Pleats and in 1/8″ to secure the Velvet
I use Aleene’s glues from superstores to secure my flowers. I use a lot of glue, hold and press till the glue begins to “take”. Once dried, they are on for life — very solid and secure.
And here’s the inside, using all the same supplies as listed above.
I like to have a lot of Valentines on hand so my boys have a choice when they come asking, and I HOPE they come asking — LOL!!!! In any event, I have plans to make a lot more!
All items available at The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store, as linked.

Oh Sharon, your card is gorgeous! LOVE the flowers…with all the ribbons you offer make for the perfect Valentines!
Your valentine favors are so cute. I have pinned them to use with my nieces. The card is very pretty and sweet. I didn’t realize I could order flowers from you all. Guess, I’m going to have to check into this.
The treats are so cute. I first thought they were nail files!
