Vintage Inspired Make-n-Takes

I’m having a few friends over later this afternoon so I came up with a couple quick make-n-take projects.  The one I’m showing you today is SO quick and easy, I hope they aren’t disappointed!  It truly makes up in a couple minutes, especially when everything is pre-cut.  But I like it and I hope they do too!

I used SU Kraft as my card base. I never, and I mean NEVER, use Kraft paper.  And I don’t know why.  Every single time I do use it (which surely isn’t often) I LOVE it.  WHY don’t I think to use it more often?  Someone out there, remind me every once in a while, OK?

These cards actually looked very nice without any bows or flowers, but well — I just HAD to add them!  Wish I had taken a picture before I added them to show you.

Both cards use the same supplies.

Designer Paper:  Prima  Romance NovelSee the entire Collection here.

Washi Tape:  Prima Romance NovelSee all Washi Tape here.

Stamp:  My Type, a slapstick cling set by Penny Black. See all Penny Black in stock here.

Cardstock:  SU Kraft and Black

Spellbinders Dies:  Circle Nesties

Ribbon: Seam Binding – Seafoam and Black; Bows made on Original Bow Easy

Flowers:  Variety of odds and ends of Prima Flowers from my “flower drawer”.

Miscellaneous:  VersaFine Onyx Black Ink; 3D Foam Squares

Both focal image circles were cut with nesties from the paper pad.

And that does it for these cards.

Hope the ladies enjoy making them!

This is the slapstick cling Penny Black Stamp set I used — My Type.   FUN set!

No way would anyone be disappointed with either of these…they are both gorgeous. I never think of Kraft either but it sure makes a beautiful project. Hoping you have an awesome day and weekend and thank you for sharing.

Beautiful cards! I love working with Kraft (Crumb Cake) card stock! It’s makes a great neutral base. Thanks, Sharon!
