Scripture Table Favors

Today our church ladies are hosting an all day gathering for about 50 women.  I had volunteered to make table favors for all the ladies expected to attend.  I decided on an index style card with a Bible verse on it.  Of course it had to have ribbon, flowers and bling.  Each card was encased in its own A2 sized Clear Box for protection and presentation.  The cards were made to fit into the A2 Clear Boxes perfectly.

All the cards are basically the same, just in different colors and with different verses.  I’ll give a complete supply list at the end of this post and just show you all the photos here first.  One thing I will point out is a product I used that was an absolute life-saver here.  The pretty cards that the verses are stamped on are journal Note Cards by Prima.  They coordinate with the paper pad used, so I was good to go!

I’ve grouped the cards for photo purposes by seam binding color.  This is Summer Rose.

The Seam Binding here is Tobacco Brown.

This Seam Binding is Queen Blue.

Here the Seam Binding is Soft Seafoam.

The Seam Binding here is Baby Pink.  One card on the bottom uses Cameo Beige.

Most of the cards here use Tangerine Seam Binding, while two of them use Noble Peacock.

This card is shown in it’s own A2 Clear Box.  All 50 are in their own boxes, ready to be placed at the table settings.

Taking the simple card and placing it into a Clear Box magically transforms it into a “gift”!!!  Easily done!!!

Here’s one row of them set to go.

This is also an example of how I store all my cards with bulk here at home.  I keep the boxes of cards in bins, categorized in groups by theme — birthday, wedding, baby, etc.  This way  my cards are very visible when I flip through them, yet still totally protected, plus they are ready to go for gifting when I grab them.

And what a GOOD FEELING to be DONE!!!

Hope the ladies enjoy them!
