Good Monday Morning – with Heidi Blankenship

We have two gorgeous projects to show you today! Heidi has been super busy. She’s made a lovely Christmas card using the beautiful papers from Graphic 45’s Twelve Days of Christmas Collection.  And the poinsettia she made for her card is just over-the-top. You’ll have to check it out closely. Then be sure to keep scrolling down as Heidi also created a stunning home décor piece for Julianna Hudgins. You may have seen this floating around blogland and Facebook over the weekend, but just in case you didn’t, it’s here today for you to see. It’s one of those projects you just really don’t want to miss!!! Let’s start with her Christmas card:

There is no stamping on this card – just making good use of pretty paper and wonderful dies — with a bit of ribbon, of course!

You can see Heidi’s post on her blog here.

Premium Craft Foils by Spellbinders

This is what Heidi used today to make her poinsettia — she used colors from 2 packs – Jewel Tones and Delicate Pastels.

Sparklets by Kaisercraft

And did you peek deep inside Heidi’s poinsettia? Inside she used one of these gorgeous Sparklets from the Rouge collection.

And I’m getting ahead of myself, but also check out the flower in the home décor project below. It uses a Sparklets in Crystal (Crystal is not shown in above collage)

What fabulous treats to tuck into the flowers!!!

Now, as promised, let’s get to Heidi’s home décor item. These would be so FUN to make (and relatively easy, too!)

This is one of those projects I just oogle over! This would be SO perfect for my daughter-in-laws sewing room.

The frame is, of course, purchased, the “picture” is a sheet from a Webster’s Pages paper pad, and Heidi made the gorgeous floral with dies and a couple Primas.

You can see this project on Heidi’s blog here.

You can see this project (with more and larger photos) on Julianna’s blog, Positively Me.

Heidi used:

Paper: Postcards from Paris II by Webster’s Pages

Spellbinders Dies from the Positively Me Collection by Julianna  Hudgins: Jewel Flowers and Flourishes

Embellishments: Prima FlowersAudrey; Kaisercraft Sparklets – Crystal; Melissa Frances Pearls – White

Postcards from Paris II 6×6 paper pad by Webster’s Pages – so very gorgeous!!!

See all items in stock in the Postcards from Paris II Collection here – so many pretty embellishments to coordinate.

Jewel Flowers and Flourishes die set designed by Julianna Hudgins

This die set is used so often by so many of the designers. Heidi’s work with it today is just fabulous!!!

See other dies in stock by Julianna Hudgins.

Audrey Rose Collection by Prima

Heidi used 2 flowers from this collection on her floral cluster today. She used the Turquoise Teal package.

This is one of the newer flower collections by Prima and I’m totally  loving the variety of flowers in one package!

And a HUGE apology.

On the Sunday morning post with Darsie’s Poinsettia Window card – I had the wrong window die linked and shown.

It is correct now — so sorry!!!!
