Tricia has the sweetest baby card to share with us today.  She created a softly mottled background by applying several colors of ink to her background stamp.  I really love the look of that background!  Then she created a pretty tag using some gorgeous vintage inspired baby sets by JustRite and a Spellbinders die, added a seam binding bow and a few small rhinestones and that was it – DONE! The result is just beautiful and so perfect to welcome that new baby into the world.  Take a look:
