Oh my goodness — this card sure tickled me right to the core.  Sheri made the SWEETEST new baby card using a patriotic stamp set.  Truly, when you get that patriotic theme out of your mind and look at the stamps, they are DARLING images for babies or children.  Sheri used the balloon and stars from Let Freedom Ring, a clear set by JustRite.  The background is also a JustRite stamp.  Sheri water colored the background and the balloon image with her Gelatos. I just love the vibrant colors — perfect for baby!  Take a look.  I know it’ll put a smile on your face, too!
