A Gilded Life – by Linda Duke
Today we wanted to focus on the dies and embossing plates out by Spellbinders in their A Gilded Life Collection. We have several beautiful projects to share that Linda created using both the dies and plates. These offer such beautifully vintage options for your paper crafting projects. They were designed by Spellbinders to be able to cut/emboss heavier materials such as leather or plastic using the Spellbinders Media Mixáge Artisan X-plorer™ Machine, but they work beautifully on paper in standard die cut machines used by paper crafters. And the price point is very reasonable – always a good thing! Let’s take a look at Linda’s projects:
WOW! Note the very thin lines on the background panel and the beautifully embossed center panel.
And I love the look achieved by tying knots at the end of the ribbon tails.
