Do you enjoy making small gifts at Christmas time?  I think most of us do, especially when they are inexpensive, quick, easy and turn out to look like a million bucks! Heidi has a beautiful candle to share with us today and yes, it is everything outlined above – an inexpensive candle from Wal-Mart, easy to decorate the glass jar, and it absolutely looks like a high-end purchase. Can’t beat that! And she even made a card to match. A gift to treasure, for sure. Take a look:

Paper:  Yuletide by Kaisercraft

Kaisercraft always offers lovely, classic patterns with many specialty sheets per package as well as 4 pages of punch outs in the back of the pad, allowing for quick creations. Heidi’s Merry Christmas panel was included in the paper pad.

This simple 3-wick candle was purchased at Wal-Mart for just a couple dollars, but after adding a metallic strip of paper from Yuletide, the gorgeous Venise Lace and a few sparkly embellishments, you’ve got that million dollar candle!

Ribbon: May Arts Metallic String – Gold; Satin Holly Leaves; Venise Lace

Note: The piece of Venise Lace Heidi used today is not in stock individually, but is included in the Sampler Pack.

Embellishments: Glitter Jingle Bells – Gold Assorted; Kaisercraft Sparklets – Rouge

Accents: Tim Holtz Distress Glitter – Antique Linen; Tombow Mono Multi Liquid Glue

Note: Heidi glittered the Satin Holly Leaves and the Jingle Bells with the Distress Glitter  and glue above– SO pretty!
