Well, a pattern seems to be developing – Saturday morning and I again need a money holder wedding card for one of the boys.  The good thing is, they ALWAYS request that the card be plain and FLAT.  They really dislike bringing thicker cards that don’t fit into the slot on the card box — LOL.  Can’t say that I blame them, so plain and flat it is! Do you realize HOW thin some of those slots are? Gee!!! This card is along the same lines as last weeks card, but the measurements are a bit different, so I’ll include them again. Take a look:

Plain, black, white and flat – as requested!

Here’s the inside.

This differs from last weeks card in that the card top is full, completely covering the pocket.

Last weeks card top was not full.

Here’s the measurements for today’s card:

Cut and Score Instructions for Gift Card Holder:

Cut paper – 5.5 x 10.5″.

Score at 2″ and 6 1/4″.  Fold.

The 2″ flap is the pocket (secure up with Scor Tape).

The card front will fold completely OVER the pocket.

Insert gift card, cash, check or little note into pocket.

Done!

Dimensions and score lines can be adjusted to make a holder of any size!  This is one of the sizes I most commonly use.
