Deepest Sympathy – by Sharon Johnson
Unfortunately, I needed two sympathy cards last week. One for a middle aged man who died unexpectedly and another for a young man, far too young, who faced a tragic death. In these situations I always find comfort in the words of Psalm 23, so I included that verse on both cards. And both cards are a standard A2 size and totally flat for mailing. Here they are:
This is the card going to the family of the middle aged man.
I used Psalm 23 on the front.
And I used a combination of sentiments on the inside.
I used:
Stamps: Deepest Sympathy by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps
Paper: Enchanted Harvest by Bo Bunny
Cardstock – Coredinations ColorCore Signature – Graphic 45 Darks 12×12
Dies: Spellbinders Celebrations Pierced Rectangles – find all pierced dies here
Adhesives: Scor Tape, 3D Foam Squares – thin
This is the second card I made, going to the Grandma of the young man.
It was hard to get a good photo as there was glare from the foil on every attempt.
On this card I used Psalm 23 on the inside.
Both the front and inside are silver embossed on this card.
I used:
Stamps: Deepest Sympathy by Stamp Simply Clear Stamps
Paper: Silver Bells by Kaisercraft – sold out, no longer available from manufacturer
ANY Kaisercraft pad offers beautiful foiled sheets for elegant cards
Bazzill Mirror Cardstock – Silver
Ink: VersaMark embossed with Super Fine Embossing Powder – Silver

This set offers a variety of sentiments for both inside and out that can be stacked together or used alone.
