Be sure to read each blog for the details on their give-away.

The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store is so pleased to be a part of this year’s Seasons Giving Blog Hop.

Our offering of blog candy will be shown further down and I think you’ll like it!

I do have a few cards I made that I’d like to share with you first.

__________

I actually had some time to play in my stamp room this morning and I knew I wanted to pull out some of the beautiful Altenew florals. I also wanted to increase my stash of cards on hand and I wanted to keep my creations simple and flat for mailing, so that’s just what I did. I made 4 cards using Altenew’s Dahlia Blossoms.

Gray Duo 2 640x477

The first two I made are gray and white – very simple.

Only the sentiments are pop-dotted up and with THIN dots.

Gold Duo 2 640x421

And the second two are a bit fancier in gold and kraft. They were just as easy to make, they  just look a little more elegant with the gold foil.

Gray Collage 640x391

Stamps: Dahlia Blossoms by Altenew  (florals)

Floral Shadow by Altenew (sentiments)

Dahlia Blossoms is a multi-step stamp, made to be stamped in 3 layers. For this card I only used the outline layer, and I LOVE it used this way! Simple and clean.

Ink: VersaFine Smokey Gray (on white cardstock)

VersaMark embossed with Super Fine Embossing Powder – White (on gray cardstock)

Gold Collage 640x335

Stamps: Dahlia Blossoms by Altenew  (florals and Bloom sentiment)

Floral Shadow by Altenew (sentiment)

Paper: Gold Kraft Foil 6×6 by Bazzill

Bazzill Mirror Cardstock – Gold

Ink: Delicata – Golden Glitz

For this floral design I used the middle detailed stamp of the three-step stamps. I really like how it looks like a vintage tapestry design. I used the Golden Glitz Delicata to stamp and it is just stunning. This is an AMAZING ink.  It can be stamped and used as is with a beautiful shine OR it can be embossed. It’s a favorite ink of our entire Design Team.

Gold CU 400x575

The above photos don’t really capture just how pretty the Delicata ink is. Thus this photo, just trying to get a hint of the glimmer and glitz of the Delicata. This is just straight stamping, no embossing. LOVE how easy it is! It’s so gorgeous!

Other items used on these cards:

Paper: Coredinations Heavyweight Smooth White Cardstock

Colored Cardstock

Dies: Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics B

Spellbinders A Gilded Life Petite Pennants

Spellbinders Classic Squares

Adhesives: EZ Runner, 3D Foam Squares

All items available at The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store, as linked.
