Altenew Floral Shadow Thank You – by Sharon Johnson
I came up with this trio of thank you cards using Altenew’s Floral Shadow stamp set to teach at one of our Saturday card classes. The ladies at the classes seem to enjoy flat for mailing cards, so I do try to keep them as flat as I can, even though my heart wants to add flowers with silk ribbon and bows! LOL. Here’s the flat thank you trio:
It’s basically the same card – just with different color inks and different stamps all from the same set.
The orientation is flipped for the middle card.
This card is my favorite – only because I like the orientation and the colors.
If it’s pink, I’m going to love it – LOL!
We used Altenew inks for all three cards.
The inks are applied directly to the stamps.
Everyone’s card turned out a little different.
That’s the fun of this type of project – you can mass produce this basic design yet end up with variations as to color and floral placement.
And enamel dots were used as they are a bit more mailer-friendly than the sharper edged rhinestones.
