I made this card for our Pastor for Pastor Appreciation Month. I used some of the beautiful ephemera cards from the Seasons collection by Graphic 45 and paired the cards I chose with a stamped and die cut sunflower from our own Sunflower Season stamp set. I was super happy with the results! Take a look:

Aren’t those papers just stunning!

The card front is one of the larger ephemera cards.

The sunflower was stamped and die cut – LOVE how well it goes with this paper!

The button is from the chipboard sheet.

This is the card inside.

One of the small ephemera cards is used on the right. Scor Tape was applied on 3 sides, leaving the top open allowing you to slip in a check, cash or gift card.

The Thank You is stamped, as is the sentiment on the left side, where I will sign the card.

I love this particular verse from Scripture and thought it appropriate today for our hard-working Pastor.

I made this card to fit perfectly into an A6 Clear Box.

I usually make my cards 4.75 and 6.5″ to fit perfectly into this box.

However, this card is cut to 4.5 x 6.5″ to properly frame the ephemera card. My sunflower extends beyond the edge just enough to still fit into the box.

I LOVE presenting dimensional cards in these clear boxes – very impressive!

May Arts Burlap Cording – Natural

This is the cording I used today. It’s a bit heavier but I like it as it is 3-ply and easily twists apart for a frayed look.

It is available in 8 colors perfect for fall and Christmas creations.
