Glassy Winter Scene – by Deb Saaranen
Deb is known for often creating glassy focal images. She did just that today with the glassy scene she created with a lovely piece of paper cut from Graphic 45’s Winter Wonderland Collection. She applies Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel in layers over her image to create the gorgeous glassy appearance. Take a look:
