Today we are sharing an absolutely gorgeous no stamp card from Heidi. She relied on beautiful papers and cut outs in Kaisercraft’s Cottage Rose collection, plus a bit of sparkly ribbon, and you just can’t go wrong with that combination. The card is stunning! Take a look:
