We are sharing a fun card today created by Deb Felts. This card could be used as a Valentine or an “anytime” card. The red dotted hearts sit atop some fun beachy themed paper, adding some much wished for summery cheer to our cold and wintry weather. This card just makes me happy! Take a look:

I am always partial to nautical themes and color schemes so, needless to say, I LOVE this card!

It’s a fun layout, too, with the variety of coordinating papers.
