Celebrate – by Sheri Holt
I love Sheri’s quick and easy, flat for mailing, card today. Sheri surely has the knack for throwing a card together quickly, making fabulous use of images and papers in her pads. She used a pad from Kaisercraft that is filled with adorable images for both young and old alike! Take a look:

What a fun card for a birthday or any time you have a reason to celebrate.
The two borders and popped up panels are from the paper pad (punch outs) and the package of die cuts.
