Deb pulled out her tubes of Tim Holtz Collage Paper for today’s lovely duo of cards. Those papers are just gorgeous in and of themselves, but after Deb heavily distressed her edges and used a lovely coordinating ribbon, these cards were over-the-top! Take a look:

So very lovely with a ribbon from our Coral Ribbon Sampler – 2019 Pantone Color of the Year.

The collage paper is very thin. Deb adhered it to white cardstock using Tim Holtz Collage Medium.

After drying, Deb then splatted with Deco-Art Metallic Lustre to add a bit of glimmer.

Then Deb adhered her completed floral panel to a piece of watercolor cardstock. Watercolor paper is thick and gives a nice ragged edge when distressed. This is the panel Deb then distressed.

Deb then adhered that distressed panel with florals to her card base. She also used watercolor paper for the card base.

This is the 2nd card Deb made in the same fashion.

These are such super lovely cards – agreed????

I am loving these distressed beauties.
