A Quick Cup of Joe! and Bow-Easy Update

Just a quickie — to get my fix — it’s been a long time!!! (My creative fix — LOL!) I had this pre-colored image and thought it would work for todays Color Challenge at SCS — Only Orange, Kiwi Kiss and Summer Sun. Not colors I would have chosen (probably ever — LOL!), but they reminded me of a retro kitchen, and I had these coffee cups already colored orange, so I was good to go!!!

Isn’t that just the truth!!! My image is from Smell the Coffee by Impression Obsession and my sentiment is from A Little Caffeine Set by JustRite, a brand new set with multiple borders and centers — so fun to work into any of your coffee themed cards!!!

I’m so glad you stopped in today after my many day absence — sorry about that. It’s been really busy at home. Our oldest son who just graduated from college is moving away in a couple days so that involves a lot of work and I’ve been trying to spend as much time visiting with him as I can. Plus it’s spring, and this is a farm, and the guys are all so busy — I’m the chief cook and bottle washer, and that’s just about a full time job it seems — anyway, enough excuses — LOL. It was just nice to sit and make a quick card tonight! Thanks for checking in — see you soon!

Bow-Easy update: I still expect shipments 2 and 3 to arrive by the end of this week or very beginning of next week. Those on *the list* will be notified as soon as they do arrive. Shipment 4 should follow by another 3/4/5 days. If you would like to be put on the waiting list, just email me at ssj@up.net and I’ll add you. Read more about the bow easy here and here.

It’s been awhile, and I must admit I’ve been a phantom stalker. I’ve given you an award, and I would be honoured if you’d come on over to my blog to accept it.
