Adding just a bit of glitz to a project for the holidays makes it all so festive, in my opinion, just as Michelle did today.

Here’s the glitzy ribbon Michelle used:

3/8″ Metallic Solid Edge Ribbon by May Arts

This is a GREAT holiday ribbon!  You’ll note the White, Blue and Black are accented with Silver Metallic and the Red, Green and Brown are accented with Gold Metallic.  These are perfect compliments to any gold or silver embossed images, sentiments or paper.

I’m still trying to get caught up after being gone for 5 days, so I didn’t have time to make anything for today, but the above is a sample of a CAS Christmas card I did last year using this ribbon.  That entire post from one year ago can be seen here — there are 3 coordinated cards included.  Just be mindful when you click, that post is one year old and that paper is no longer available; however, Kaisercraft holiday pads for this year will work in a very similar manner.

The Christmas Mini Sentiments used in the sample above by JustRite are a retired item being from their original ribbed collection, but I do still have some in stock and they are REDUCED IN PRICE.  This was my go-to sentiment set from last year — love these tiny sentiments!
