Sheri created a lovely Congrats card for us today.  This card could be used for such a variety of congratulatory events, but the first thing that comes to mind for me is graduation.  It’s that time of year when all the local schools are having their graduation ceremonies, which means parties — LOTS of parties!  I’m not sure if other areas celebrate graduations as much as we do  here in Upper Michigan, but graduation parties pretty much occupy all of Memorial Day Weekend and continue to run for many weekends to follow. It’s a fun time for visiting and catching up.  And, of course, we need CARDS for all those parties!!!  Today’s card is just perfect!!!  Take a look:

This design could so easily be colored in school colors if used as a graduation card.  Sheri used Copics to color both the background and the sentiment panel.
